Avengers 5 is now scheduled be premiere on May 1st, 2026, having originally been planned for May 2nd, 2025. Meanwhile, Avengers: Secret Wars has been rescheduled for May 7th, 2027. The changes, particularly after the removal of “The Kang Dynasty” title following Jonathan Majors departure, are indeed significant. Additionally, Marvel’s decision to delay several Phase 5 projects was influenced by the 2023 WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes.
Additionally, some fans speculate that the release date of Avengers 5 might be delayed one more, but this may be just speculation.
