The Santa Clause collection is officially being turned into a series for Disney+. The family-friendly series’ announcement came in the form of a trailer. The first two episodes will air on November 16th.
Tim Allen, who will be reprising his role as Santa Clause, will “face retirement after realizing that the Christmas spirit has died down.”
The synopsis continues,
“He leaves the North Pole with his family, including Elizabeth Mitchell’s Carol and their two teenage kids. However, after discovering that he made a mistake with his replacement, he must return and save Christmas again before all the elves disappear.”
The movies for Santa Clause star Tim Allen, Elizabeth Mitchell, Elizabeth Allen-Dick, Devin Bright, Austin Kane, Matilda Lawler, Rupali Redd, and Kal Penn.
Allen will also be executive producing alongside the showrunner Jack Burditt.
