Toy Story 5 is set to become one of Pixar’s biggest movies ever, and a new report says it could be the studio’s most expensive film so far.

Their salaries could make up a large portion of the movie’s budget. Pixar has spent a lot on recent movies before. Toy Story 4 and Incredibles 2 reportedly cost around $200 million each to make.
Even with its huge budget, Toy Story 5 is expected to do very well at the box office. Early predictions suggest it could earn around $175 million in the U.S. during its opening weekend, making it one of the biggest animated movie openings ever.
In the worldwide stats, the movie could bring in more than $315 million during its opening weekend. Some analysts believe it could even set a new record for Pixar. To make a profit, the movie would likely need to earn around $625 million worldwide, which many experts believe is very possible because of how popular the franchise is. Early reviews have also been positive. Reports say the film currently has a 74 score on Metacritic and a 94% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, showing strong reactions from critics and audiences.
With the return of Woody and Buzz, a huge fan base, and strong box office expectations, Toy Story 5 could become another billion-dollar hit for Pixar.
