The wait is finally over, and boy was it worth it!
Cardi B blessed her fans today (June 26) by releasing the video to her popular “Press” single released on May 31st. The “Press” video comes at the perfect time, since the Bronx rapper just tore the stage up this past Sunday during the BET Awards when she performed the single, and linked up with her husband Offset to perform a rendition of their track “Clout” off his Father of 4 album.
The video starts off with Cardi B making out with a woman and participating in what looks like an orgy with multiple people before she murders them. The video gives viewer’s an artistic vibe, with resemblance to pop singer Lady Gaga and rap queen Lil Kim.
Ironic to the video’s court theme that coincides with Cardi’s actual charges. The rapper was recently indicted on 14 charges, two felonies for a brawl that took place during a strip club that took place last August. Cardi however, pleaded not guilty to the charges.
