Disney is honoring the Star Wars franchise with a new short film of The Simpsons called Maggie Simpson in Rogue Not Quite One. The Star Wars-centered movie will premiere tomorrow, May 4th. Alongside Maggie Simpson in Rogue Not Quite One is a poster highlighting what’s to come. In the blink of an eye, others will see Maggie Simpson in a space battle with an army of Imperial TIE Fighters.
The synopsis reads,
“In Maggie Simpson in Rogue Not Quite One, Homer loses track of Maggie, who hops in Grogu’s hovering pram for a hyperspace-hopping adventure across the galaxy.
Facing a squadron of Imperial TIE fighters, Maggie brings the battle to Springfield in this epic short celebrating all things Star Wars.”
This newest film will join other short film catalogs from The Simpsons. The movies include The Simpsons meet the Bocellis in Feliz Navidad, The Good, The Bart, and The Loki and The Simpsons in Plusaversary.
