A new clip from the upcoming MCU movie The Fantastic Four: First Steps has hit the internet. In the latest video, Silver Surfer, played by Ozark star Julia Garner, warns the Fantastic Four and the world that a powerful cosmic being named Galactus is coming to destroy the planet, and there’s nothing anyone can do to stop it. She describes Galactus as an unstoppable force in the universe and advises people to make the most of the time they have left.
The movie also stars Pedro Pascal as Reed Richards (Mister Fantastic), Vanessa Kirby as Sue Storm (Invisible Woman), Joseph Quinn as Johnny Storm (Human Torch), and Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Ben Grimm (The Thing). Paul Walter Hauser, Natasha Lyonne, and Sarah Nile act in the film as well.
Directed by WandaVision‘s Matt Shakman, The Fantastic Four explores the lives of Mr. Fantastic, Sue Storm, Johnny Storm, The Human Torch, The Thing, and the Silver Surfer. It pulls inspiration from the comic book that launched the Marvel Comics universe in 1961. The characters are created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby.
