Toy Story 5 director Andrew Stanton has revealed how close the film is to the finish line. While speaking to The Hollywood Reporter, he disclosed that the Pixar classic movie would be entering its post-production phase soon. After playfully acknowledging his work on Toy Story as a “little thing,” he added that when it comes to crunch time, his team is past that. As for the time frame for Toy Story 5, it’s expected to wrap up in the next three weeks.
He said, “We’re on the downslope, but we’re going into post in about three weeks. That’ll be a month. Then we’ll finish scoring, and she’ll be done. So it’s been a crazy ride having these two films overlap.”

“The toys are back in Toy Story 5, and this time it’s Toy meets Tech. Buzz, Woody, Jessie, and the rest of the gang face a new challenge,” the blogline reads. “The kids today love electronics!”
Greta Lee voices Lilypad, and will join Tom Hanks (Woody), Tim Allen (Buzz), Joan Cusack (Jessie), and Tony Hale (Forky).
