Tariq Trotter, mostly known as Black Thought, has seemingly established himself as a veteran in the rap game. This emcee is top-tier for many reasons, one being because he was the lead spitter in The Roots. As a solo artist, he’s released a compilation of mixtapes, including Stream of Thought Vol 1. and Vol 2. Now, it seems like he’s readying for Stream of Thought Vol 3., which was slated because of COVID-19.
He announced this great news via Instagram, saying that Streams Of Thought Vol 3. is dropping this Friday, October 16th.
“Thank you for your patience,” he captions. “The wait is over. Let’s go!”
The album is said to have assisted verses from ScHoolboy Q, The Last Artful Dodger, Swizz Beatz, Pusha T, Killer Mike, and more. The first single off Streams Of Thought Vol 3. titled “Good Morning,” made airwaves in mid-September.
Keep those ears open! Streams Of Thought Vol 3. is on the way.
