Last years pandemic either made you or it broke you. So many have flourished as the result of being quarantined with nothing left but time and creativity. In the wake of the pandemic, Bo Burnham, brought to life his own experiences of quarantine life by means of a musical comedy. On Netflix it is described as, “A musical comedy special shot and performed by Bo Burnham, alone, over the course of a very unusual year.” Shortly after the release of the Netflix special, on June 9th, Burnham released an accompanying album with songs from the movie. The album received much accolade even making it in the Top 200’s of Billboard’s comedy album chart.
