A D23 poster reveals the Black Window Marvel Studios cheif Kevin Feige mentioned at comic con earlier this year. The poster showed face, giving us a look at the new fierce costume. Natasha Ramonoff (Scarlett Johanson) gets her spotlight this film around. The movie is finished filming, just waiting for its slotted date-May 1, 2020.
Natasha Ramonoff will show off her skills against the ones that intially trained her technique- The Red Room. This films action bangs in between the Captain America: Civil War and Avengers: Infinity War. Florence Pugh and Rachel Weisz are two of the many boast worthy cast members that are listed. Pugh and Weisz will both character Black Widows from the Red Room, Yelena Belova and Melina Vostokoff. The familiar Stranger Things’ face David Harbour will be playing Red Guardian, embodying the Soviet’s equivalent of Captain America. The film will also see Taskmaster as the main villian. Who’s been casted to mask as Taskmaster is still unknown. While fans await the further details from the trailer, they’ve been served an appetizer of the characters’ costumes.
Marvel Studios visual art Director Andy Park shared a concept art he says was thought a “gazillion times” over. The photo he shared on Instagram shows Natasha at center, Red Gaurdian to the left of her, Yelena on the right, the other black widows trailing behind and TaskMaster peeking overhead.
The costume revealed in this paticular art concept doesn’t seem to be the only costume Natasha will break in throughout the entire film. At D23 a mannequin at the Marvel Panel modeled a white suit, similar to Natasha’s basic jumpsuit she’s worn throughout her appearances in the MCU but this look included black accesories-a belt, leg holsters, and wrist gauntlets. The second outfit change made it’s way into the mini clip viewing at the expo that camoflaged Natasha in a snow winterland.
