Rapper Donald Glover’s surprise album Donald Glover Presents disappeared shortly after its release on Sunday March 15th. Much like Lizzo, Glover felt that his listeners needed his music as they quarantine, and self isolate during the Corona Virus pandemic. However, the project that featured icons like Ariana Grande, 21 Savage, SZA and even his son is now nowhere to be found.
Originally the album had to be streamed exclusively via donaldgloverpresents.com. But, like myself, many listeners were disappointed as this link no longer existed today. The 12-song LP included previously released songs such as “Feels Like Summer,” “Algorythm,” and “Warlord,” which he performed at Coachella in 2019. So why’d he delete it? We will never know!
All we have now is the sweet memory of the 12 hours we got to spend with what could have been the most iconic album of the summer. But, at least we’ve still got the awesome cover art?
