During his set at Coachella this weekend, J.I.D hinted at dropping an album sometime soon. After performing several hits curated by himself and Dreamville, the Halloween-born rapper announced he’d perform again next weekend. As he continued rocking the stage, J.I.D let fans in on a little secret.
“This is my first Coachella, Coachella, and I’m glad to be here at Coachella,” he told everyone. “Are you glad to be here at Coachella, Coachella?”
The album called The Forever Story has yet to have a release date. However, the elite lyricist promised to provide those details next weekend.
J.I.D talked about The Forever Story at the Dreamville Festival last month. Telling Billboard it’s the “best shit he’s ever made,” he elaborated.
