John Benjamin Hickey has officially joined the cast of Stephen King’s adaption, Salem’s Lot. Hickey will play Father Callahan in the film. Other actors in Salem’s Lot include Lewis Pullman, Alfred Woodard, Makenzie Leigh, Bill Camp, Spencer Treat Clark, and Pilou Asbaek.
The novel, which the film takes admiration from, finds author Ben Mears returning to Jerusalem’s Lot to write a book about a haunted house from his childhood memories. But, instead, he comes across vampires.
Gary Dauberman is in charge of directing and writing the screenplay. The movie’s producer is none other than James Wan.
