Name a more iconic duo! Lil Baby & Lil Durk’s long awaited album is finally set to be released tomorrow. Allegedly postponed from releasing on May 28 out of respect for the posthumous album of DMX. The Voice of The Heroes, is set to drop tomorrow, June 4th. The song titles of the 18-track album were released on social media two days ago following the release of the album art.
The project has been in the works for a while. Lil Baby talked about the album in a previous interview with MTV News stating,
“We got songs where we just bars, we got songs where we got the vibe. We got songs with other people that’s just remakes of other songs. It’s gonna be one of the craziest albums to ever come out … We got more than one album recorded. We’ve been locked in with each other. This sh*t easy.”
Lil Baby & Lil Durk made the official announcement of the release date via social media on May 23. Shortly thereafter the lead single, Voice of The Heroes music video was dropped on June 1 to get fans excited. The music video directed by Daps, was shot in Lil Baby’s hometown and sends a loud message!
