Variety reports that a spinoff of The Boys has scored an official series order from Amazon Prime Video. The new show will explore the lives of superheroes at Vought-run college. ComingSoon adds that it’s also “an irreverent, R-rated series that explores the lives of hormonal, competitive supes as they put their physical, sexual and moral boundaries to the test.”
Lizze Broadway is one of the actors that are set to star in the upcoming action-packed show. She will be playing a young superhero named Emma.
Deadline also announced that Jaz Sinclair will potentially play another young superhero named Marie. The project draws from The G-Men, a parody of The X-Men from The Boys comic book series by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson. The original show is currently putting the work in for its upcoming third season.
