Yesterday, Walt Disney provided the internet with a snippet from their upcoming live-action film, Mulan, which derives from the sharp-edged poem, “The Ballad of Mulan.” The new clip offers a glimpse at the warriors fighting till the death with unbroken spirits.
Mulan’s cast list includes Liu Yifei (Hua Mulan), Donnie Yen (Commander Tung), Jason Scott Lee (Böri Khan), Yoson An (Chang Honghui), Gong Li (Xianniang), and Jet Li (Emperor). The film is directed by Niki Cato and lands in theaters on March 27, 2020.
