The official trailer for Prime Video’s Kids Are Growing Up: A Story About The Kid Laroi has been released. According to the short clip, the movie is a documentary about Australian rapper The Kid Laroi. Furthermore, Kids Are Growing Up: A Story About The Kid Laroi explores the rapper’s humble beginnings, artistry, life on the road, and much more. At one point in the trailer, The Kid Laroi also opens up about his mentor, the late rapper Juice WRLD, and how his death affected him. Other artists like Post Malone, to name a few, applaud Laroi’s artistic prowess. Justin Bieber also appears in the movie and reveals how he and Laroi collaborated on their 2021 hit single “STAY.”
The synopsis continues, “The documentary explores The Kid Laroi’s rapid rise from a young kid with a dream in Australia to a full-fledged global star, topping charts and selling out shows. The film features never-before-seen footage of Laroi’s early days as an artist.
Throughout the movie, we also see what makes Laroi tick as an artist and a person, cut with footage and interviews of his family and friends who have stuck by him through it all.”
