Tweens and teenagers alike loved the To All The Boys film trilogy worldwide. Now, the movie is transforming into a series, according to Deadline. Although it’s still in the works, we are sure that Netflix and Awesomeness, one of the studios behind the film series, will be working together to bring the show to life. Jenny Han, the writer of the book the movie is based on, will be penning the script and serve as executive producer.
The untitled show will on Kitty’s search for true love. Kitty is important because, in the first film, she secretly sent out all of Lara Jean’s love letters to her former crushes and current crush. In the first two movies, Kitty showed no interest in dating due to her young age. But, in the final film, that all changes when she meets her first boyfriend named Dae while on a trip to South Korea. Anna Cathcart, who portrayed the role in the films, is set to return for the project.
The trilogy starred Lana Condor (Deadly Class), Noah Centineo (Black Adam), John Corbett (Sex & Drugs & Rock & Roll), Janel Parrish (Pretty Little Liars), and Ross Butler (13 Reasons Why).
