Tyler Perry’s ‘Beauty In Black’ Season 2 Announced In Teaser Trailer

Netflix has revealed that they have greenlit another series for Tyler Perry‘s drama-packed series Beauty In Black. The announcement came with the release of a new teaser trailer, which shines a light on main characters Taylor Polidore Williams as Kimmie and Crystle Stewart as Mallory as they throw on luxurious clothes that resemble the devil and angel.

Perry will return as the writer, director, and producer for the second season. In a recent statement, he hinted at what fans can expect in the new episodes, following the premiere of the second half of Season 1.

“We left fans on the edge of their seats at the end of Season 1, and we’re excited to take Kimmie’s journey further as she steps into her role within the powerful Bellaire family,” Perry told Netflix. “Kimmie embodies the spirit of the underdog, and I can’t wait for viewers to watch her story unfold. If you thought Season 1 was intense, Season 2 will blow you away.”
