XXXTENTACION‘s team and family are doing everything in their power to keep the late rapper’s artistic vision alive. Not only have they released several posthumous albums in his honor, but they plan on dropping a documentary about him as well.
Yesterday, he would’ve turned 24. And while it is a saddening realization, his estate announced some great news. Not only are they re-releasing a fan favorite song via SoundCloud, but they’ve also set up a website where they can get updates on XXXTENTACION related news.
“Vice Versa” will be available on SoundCloud on Friday. The song is said to be XXXTENTACION’s first-ever release. His team further explained why they’re choosing to drop it again.

“It is important to us to continue to honor Jah’s legacy, and in that spirit, we are planning an exciting 2022. One of our first initiatives is to get as much of X’s music from his earliest days as an artist up on all DSPs. We have been working diligently to clear as much of it as possible, and we are excited to announce our first release this Friday, with “vice city” hitting all streaming services for the first time. We will continue to release music as we clear it and are making sure we do it in a way that stays true to how X released each song originally.”
The news was tied in with a visual for MakeOutHill, which contains old clips of the late rapper and audio from his friends, Trippie Redd and Ski Mask The Slump God.
