The production for Amazon Studio’s holiday action film Red One has just wrapped up. The movie will arrive around the festive months to come. It stars Chris Evans, Dwayne Johnson, Lucy Liu, Kiernan Shipka, Kristofer Hivju, Nick Kroll, Mary Elizabeth Ellis, and Wesley Kimmel.
The news was unveiled by Johnson, who posted a picture of himself completing the movie’s last scene.
He wrote, “An absolute privilege to say that’s an official wrap of Red One. What a ride and awakening experience this production has been, in many expected – and unexpected ways.”
Red One is produced and directed by Jake Kasdan. The storyline takes admiration from Hiram Garcia, who created the plot. It is also written by Fast and Furious’ Chris Morgan. ComingSoon describes Red One as “a globe-trotting, four-quadrant action-adventure comedy that imagines a whole new universe to explore within the holiday genre.” No information is provided about its plots and characters.
