Actor Cuba Gooding Jr. recently found himself in trouble with the law after he was accused of allegedly groping an unidentified woman at NYC rooftop bar.
Gooding volunteers to turn himself in on Thursday for the alleged actions, however, he remains his innocence and insists he did nothing wrong and has evidence to prove it.
According to TMZ, sources close to the Oscar-winning actor says after he turns himself in, he “expects to be booked for a misdemeanor charge of forcible touching.”
A TMZ reporter personally asked Gooding on Tuesday as the actor was getting ready to board a flight from L.A. back to NYC. Cuba claims the accusations are untrue and he never touched a woman in that manner while partying with friends at the Magic Hour Rooftop Bar & Lounge in Manhattan on Sunday. He also insists that video surveillance from the bar can prove his innocence.
