Halle Bailey and DDG put their love for each other on full display at the BET Awards yesterday. The singer and rapper, who have been romantically involved since January, matched in color scheme and style.
Halle Bailey donned a black Mônot set while her boo wore a black Prada suit and silver chains. Once arriving on the red carpet, Halle stretched out her hand for DDG, to which he grabbed it.
She was also interviewed by EXTRA. The interviewer says to Bailey, “Speaking of having a good time, I see you’ve brought a plus one with you on the carpet.” Gushing over this observation, the songstress replies, “I have my boo with me today. So excited we’re going to have so much fun.”
As the night progressed, the lovely couple watched Halle’s sister, Chloe perform “Surprise,” “Treat Me,” and Adina Howard’s “Freak Like Me.”
DDG and Halle Bailey unveiled their relationship around her birthday. Like a true gentleman, DDG posted a slideshow of the two with a caption that reads:
“Happy Birthday to the beautifulest, the flyest, the sweetest. Love you forever.”
He’s also expressed his devotion to Halle on Twitter this month.
