Joey Bada$$ is dropping 2000 after pushing its release back due to sample clearances. Initially set to drop on June 17th, the “Highs and Lows” collaborator told fans more details would be unveiled on Friday. This LP will follow in the footsteps of his previous album, All AmeriKKKan Bada$$.
All AmeriKKKan Bada$$ dropped around 2017, making it five years since he’s had an LP out. To hold fans over, he’s released several singles and has hopped on tracks for features. Not to mention, Joey Bada$$ made his acting debut in Two Distant Strangers. The rapper’s performance in the film earned him an Oscar.
The first two singles on 2000 are on streaming platforms now: “The Rev3nge” and “Head High.”
According to the lyrically gifted wordsmith, fans can pre-save the LP this Friday!
