The iconic actor, Samuel L. Jackson, was interviewed on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert earlier this week. During his sit-down, he listed the top five films he enjoyed starring in.
“Some actors lie to you about that. They watch their movies,” Jackson said. “It’s a ‘watch me’ business. That’s why we’re here.”
He added: “If I’m channel surfing, and I haven’t found anything that I wanna watch, or I’m not specifically looking for something… I pass something I’m in I’ll watch it.”
He’s been in an array of smash-hit films, including installments from Star Wars and Marvel.
Jackson said his favorite films to act in were: The Raid, The Godfather, Hard Boiled, Hoodlums, and The Berlin File.
Moving forward, expect Jackson to star alongside Ryan Reynolds and Salma Hayek in The Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard. The film will hit big screens on June 16.
