Teyana Taylor recently unveiled that she’d love to play the iconic singer Dionne Warwick in a biopic series. This statement comes about following Warwick’s pitch to Netflix earlier this week.
“Now I really gotta know this: if I did a series, would you guys really watch? I want you to be honest now,” Warwick said in a video on her Twitter page.
And as fate may have it, Netflix responded with “Taking notes.”
Sometime after, Taylor joined the conversation by writing on Instagram, “When the LEGENDARY @therealdionnew had this moment w/ @netflix & they started jotting notes in their palm pilots…I was lookin at them likeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.”
Afterward, Taylor penned, “P.S. One thing about them doors…..They open.”
