Hello, featured followers! Netflix has announced that The Chronicles of Narnia will be making a return. They initially revealed the movie in 2018, along with the beloved director of Barbie who will be helming this project. This year, Netflix plans to add two films to the project. These new movies will be part of the Lewis series that originated from the 2018 project, which was one of the biggest debuts for this storyline.
Interview featured @Time ✨
After Gerwis spoke to Time in an interview in February, she expressed her fulfillment and excitement about being part of this project. During the interview, she reflected on her childhood experience, saying
“As a child, you imagine yourself in the land of Narnia, with fauns, and then suddenly Father Christmas appears. It never crosses your mind that it isn’t structured that way. I’m interested in embracing the paradox of the world that Lewis created because that’s what was so appealing about it.”
After a long wait for updates on the project, it has finally been announced that The Chronicles of Narnia will be released soon. The project has been kept under wraps for quite some time, but there has been new casting news, including Louis Partridge joining the cast.
New Casting Member
While not much more has been revealed, Louis shared his thoughts about being part of the film. According to Teen Vogue, Louis will portray the character Digory Kirke. Although this hasn’t been officially confirmed, rumors are circulating among fans about what’s next and who else might join the cast.
