The results are in and class is officially in session!
The annual installment of XXL Magazine recently dropped and the lineup is crazy. The idea was first implemented in 2007 when the publication decided to conduct “a list of rising artists poised to become hip-hop’s most notable faces based on what they’ve shown so far. Whether it’s video views, an outrageous aesthetic or just good music.”
This year, the publication went for some of music’s hottest newcomers. The eleven artists include Megan Thee Stallion, Comethazine, Blueface, Gunna, Tierra Whack, Lil’ Mosey, Roddy Ricch, YBN Cordae, YK Osiris and Rico Nasty.

The XXL 2019 Freshman Issue will hit stands everywhere July 16th. Fan’s can also catch the roster performing live at NYC’s PlayStation Theater on Monday, July 22nd and at The Novo in Los Angeles on Thursday, July 25th.
