Director Zack Snyder has teased the theatrical release of his movie Justice League. The news was revealed after Snyder hopped on a social media platform called Vero and shared a picture of Ben Affleck’s version of Batman. As the caption, he wrote, “Want to see ZSJL on the big screen….stay tuned for a date.” The post can be seen here.
Despite the semi-reveal, Warner Bros. Discovery hasn’t announced any official screenings or new information about Justice League.
Zack Snyder’s 2021 film Justice League, which debuted briefly on IMAX, serves as the director’s cut of the 2017 film Justice League. He was originally directing the 2017 film before departing the project following the death of his daughter. The 2021 movie matches his original vision for the movie. When Justice League was in theaters for a while, it ran under a black-and-white filter. It was called the Justice Is Gray Edition and the Synders Cut.
After releasing the director’s cut of Justice League, Snyder left DC and created his own sci-fi universe, Rebel Moon, which has two Netflix movie releases. In the DC realm, Snyder is known for his work on Man of Steel, Wonder Woman, and the DC Extended Universe.
