While we wait for the finishing touches on Certified Lover Boy, Drake has some merch that will hold fans over. Since the notorious musician has a deal with Nike, he’s decided to utilize it by dropping his very own sneaker.
The new shoe in question was showcased by Levi Bent-Lee via Instagram. The brand new Nike Air Force 1 Low kicks seem to replicate the original Air Force 1’s design. However, the switch up comes at the bottom of the shoe. Rather than say “air” on the sole, it reads “love you forever.” You can view it here.
Drake is known for making customized footwear for friends and family, so it’s unknown if this rare shoe is for this purpose only. Still, there are high hopes that they’ll be for sale worldwide.
Certified Lover Boy marks Drake’s sixth studio album. Initially, it was supposed to drop in January but was halted for some unknown reason. But, fans might not have to wait long. Recently, the OVO star announced that the LP was in its mixing stage. To enhance the excitement, he also dropped a short EP titled Scary Hours 2. It contains features from Lil Baby and Rick Ross.
