Time Today rapper, Moneybagg Yo, announced the official release date for his fourth full-length studio album. Rapper previously hinted that the album would drop this year in an Instagram post. On March 11, rapper posted a video of him in the studio with caption, “Album 100 percent done, Its time! 00/00/21.” That post left fans speculating on when the album release date would officially be announced.
Moneybagg Yo seems to be on a winning streak, his last album, Time Served, released in January of 2020 performed well on charts. Will his latest album outperform his last? Well, we don’t have to wait much longer to find out. The rapper announced that his new album, A Gangsta’s Pain, will drop next week on April 23.
The announcement came in the form of an Instagram post where rapper also released a track off the upcoming album. Rapper posted a clip of the track captioning it, “My album “A Gangsta’s Pain” drops 4/23 pre save now!!” The album has 22 tracks and rapper has already released three singles from off the album to get fans ready. His latest single is titled, Go!, featuring fellow Memphis native, Big 30. Perfect track to release to announce that the album is a go! The single is definitely a song to bump to!
