Not too long ago, Rich The Kid unveiled during an interview with Rap-Up that his forthcoming project, Boss Man will include features from Lil Baby, Post Malone, Nicki Minaj, Future, DaBaby, and possibly more. Rich The Kid also gave the deets up about Boss Man being a two-part album and the steps he took to create it. The first part will include banger after banger while the other is said to take on a more serious tone.
In one part of the interview, Rich The Kid explained how he and Post Malone ended up collaborating, “We got the same team, so I’m tight with him. We’ve actually known each other for like five, six years when he was in Atlanta. We caught back up years down the road.”
The name of the track is “V12” and was actually produced by Post. “Post Malone got beats, and they’re fire,” Rich adds. For Rich, “V12” is “next level” and one of his favorite songs on the album. “Post is a real, cool, genuine dude. Cause you don’t really get that much, especially at his level. People be arrogant, cocky. He’s like a real cool dude.” According to Rich The Kid’s recent Instagram story post, Drake might also be featured on “V12.”
Boss Man will be his first project with Republic Records and will include his singles, “That’s Tuff” ft. Quavo and “Money Talk” with NBA Youngboy.
